Return Policy

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. In the rare event that a return is requested, please contact us directly to discuss the matter. While we generally do not accept returns, store credit may be issued at our sole discretion upon mutual agreement.

Item Care

Each item is handcrafted using delicate natural fibers, which may respond unpredictably to washing. We strongly recommend handling with care: do not machine wash or machine dry. Any washing is done at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper care or washing.

Availability

All work is made by hand and every item is unique. New work is added in batches and released periodically. Collections sell out quickly. Subscribe to our email list below and following @house_of_jeremy on Instagram to find out when new collections launch.
